The best solution is to eliminate the sound of the trucks beeping as they back up. Please resolve this situation as it is increasingly worsening and it's eventually going to grow into a big situation with the city council, as we are preparing paperwork if necessary.
We are ALL being affected, we constantly lose sleep and are constantly terrorrized by heavy banging and trucks beeping NONSTOP. All that is heard outside at all times is trucks backup beeping and heavy steel being dropped onto concrete. There is construction and vehicles beeping 24 HOURS A DAY. It is ruining the quality of life for all residents every single day for many years. The construction zone on your property bordering Bainton Street and Empire Street cannot continue. We have been trying to resolve this situation for several years now and it is getting worse as we are trying to get in touch with the correct person. Is there really nothing they can do when this happens? Is there anyway that this can be fixed? Like these issues with the kiosk happen pretty often. I looked for the machine they said it was played at G2101. That because it was played at another machine they can’t help me.
How can this happen? My offer doesn’t print and then I get told that it’s too bad. After that I spoke with Terrence Smith and he stated that it was played and there nothing he would do. She said they wouldn’t do it and that’s it. I restated that I never received the voucher and asked if she could check the camera. The last time I went up there Jasmine comes from the back and says she can’t do anything because it’s been played. I went back two more times and was told the same thing. They told me to wait and come back because the supervisor had stepped away. I wouldn’t print so I went to the rewards desk and asked for the voucher to be printed.
I came in around 2:42pm and tried to print my weekly offer voucher for $30.
